  • 14.02.19 - Year 1 trip to London Zoo
    Year 1 had a terrific time at ZSL London Zoo exploring all the animals that they have been learning about in their topic.
  • 14.02.19 - Year 5 Spelling Bee
    Children from Yr 5 took part in a nail-biting spelling bee. Elsley were in competition against N W London Jewish School, Brentfield Primary and Preston Manor. In the end it was a pupil from Brentfield who clinched the trophy for a 2nd year in a row.
  • 14.02.19 - Year 6 Holocaust survivor talk
    Year 6 were very fortunate to hear about the incredible life of Vera, a holocaust survivor. She spoke to the children about her journey to England during World War II. Year 6 had lots of interesting questions and found the experience very emotional.
  • 14.02.19 - Reception Chinese New Year assembly
    Reception delighted parents and children today with 2 performances of their Chinese New Year assembly. They delivered their lines, sang and danced brilliantly!
  • 04.02.19 - Safer Internet Day 2019
    We kicked off our week of recognising Safer Internet Day with fantastic assemblies lead by Mr Fraser and our 14 Digital Leaders. The theme this year focusses on understanding the concept of consent in a digital world.
  • 01.02.19 - School is open from 10:00am
    School is open today (1st Feb) from 10:00am to allow more time for staff to arrive. Please wrap at warm and stay safe on your journey.
  • 31.01.19 - Year 2 Science Museum trip
    Year 2 had an exciting trip to the Science Museum this week. They explored different rockets and space crafts linked with their topic and watched a moon adventure film in a 4D cinema!!!
  • 30.01.19 - Year 6 World War II Experience Day
    Year 6 had a World War 2 experience day where they spent the day as evacuees. Their classrooms were turned into 1942 and they spent the day making gas masks, writing letters, baking and preparing for air-raid attacks.
  • 30.01.19 - Pantomime trip
    Last week, children from Year 4 & 6 experienced a truly fantastic production of Sleeping Beauty. It was performed by PWC, who perform pantomimes for inner-London schools. The children enjoyed all the wonderful songs, dances and lively characters.
  • 30.01.19 - Nursery trip on the train
    Nursery children went on an exciting visit on a train today as part of their transport topic. They also enjoyed spotting other London transport along the way!
