Year 3 visited Tesco Brent Park for a workshop on Fairtrade. The children walked around the store, searching for different Fairtrade food items from tea and coffee to fruits and chocolate. They then had the chance to sample some fruits and vegetables.
In the morning of Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th November, Year 3 went on a trip to Tesco Brent Park for a workshop on Fairtrade. The children had the opportunity to walk around the store, searching for different Fairtrade food items from tea and coffee to fruits and chocolate. They then had the chance to sample some fruits and vegetables and draw the Fairtrade logo. All of the children really enjoyed the experience and particularly liked seeking out the Fairtrade items among all the products on sale.
