News Stories- 06.12.18 - Year 6 London Eye trip
Year 6 had an incredible trip to the South Bank yesterday. Linked with their book, The London Eye Mystery, they got to ride on the Eye and view it from the river on a boat cruise. - 02.12.18 - Health & Well-being Week
We had a very success Health & Well-being week with whole school and parent events including a free healthy breakfast for pupils on Wednesday and a Health & Well-being fair on Thursday. This included stalls from local businesses. - 02.12.18 - Year 1's Dark Extended Day
Year 1 had an exciting day on Thursday staying late after school for their extended day. Their activities included dining in the dark, a Laszlo themed treasure hunt, arts & crafts and roasting marshmallows by a bonfire. - 02.12.18 - National Tree Week
We had a really successful National Tree Week. This included tree and bulb planting and a really interesting assembly by Ms Codner. We found out that we have 79 trees on our school grounds and at the end of the week we planted 8 more! - 19.11.18 - New Building Opening Ceremonies
Thank you to everyone who came to our fantastic opening ceremonies for our new building last week. Special thanks go to the Mayor of Brent, Brett Wigdortz & author Michael De Souza for cutting the ribbons in our new ICT suite, staffroom & library. - 19.11.18 - Anti-Bullying Week
We had a very successful anti-bullying week beginning with an assembly and everyone wearing odd socks to raise awareness that we are all different but we are all equal. - 19.11.18 - Year 5 trip to ATP Tennis
Last Friday Year 5 attended the ATP Tennis semifinals at The O2 Arena. They enjoyed cheering on Britain’s Jamie Murray in the doubles who is proceeding to the finals. The children really enjoyed the trip, most had never seen a live tennis match before. - 04.11.18 - Ezekiel energises Elsley
Children had a fantastic day with long jumper Ezekiel Ewulo. He began the day with an assembly where he had children and staff jumping across the floor! He then ran training sessions until the end of the day. Elsley raised over £200 for his charity. - 01.11.18 - Funding for a Bell Tent
We are fundraising for a permanent bell tent, large enough for a whole class to use as an outdoor classroom, in all weathers. We are really excited that international long jumper Ezekiel Ewulo will be visiting us on Friday. Ezekiel will be speaking in an assembly and running training sessions with the children. Parents, please send in your sponsorship forms by Friday!
